What’s in the box?

We include at least five products every month.

Some items will be full-sized, while others may be travel, trial or sample-sized.

We will send products that are all-natural and made from organic ingredients, but will also be including non/low-toxic products from brands that may not be labeled as natural or organic.

 

How much make-up do you include?

We will send between one and three make-up items per month. We don’t believe that make-up should be the most important part of a teenage girls everyday beauty routine.

 

What's in the make-up free box?

Usually it's the same box as the original, with the make-up items removed.  However, at times we may include exclusive items just for our make-up free members.  This is usually done to balance the value and product quantity of the box (ex: original box has three make-up items and only two non make-up items).

 

What is the value of each monthly box?

We won’t make any crazy claims about the value of the products included in our boxes, but can promise that the combined value of the items will be at least equal to the cost of your monthly membership fee.

 

When will I receive my first box?

This depends on when you sign up. 

If you join between the 1st and the 12th you will receive a welcome box with in 10 days.

If you join between the 13th and the last day of the month you will receive the following months regular box. These boxes ship between the 7th and 14th of each month.

 

How do I enter to win more products?

Simply vote each month for your favorite item, and you are entered to win. The current poll will be located on the members only page.

 

Can I enter more than once?

Yes, if you tag us in a photo of your favorite item from that month, you will earn a second entry.

 

Is my payment information protected from my Better Beauty Girl?

We do not store your credit card information on our site.  We have chosen to use Paypal for processing so that your teen member will not be able to access that information (you are not required to have a Paypal account to check out).

 

Is sales tax included in my monthly membership fee?

Yes, sales tax is included in the monthly membership fee.

 

Is shipping included in my monthly membership fee?

Yes, the cost of shipping is included in the monthly membership fee.

 

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes, we are happy to ship to military families living outside of the United States.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not, but we have designed our website for gifting.   You can choose a 3, 6, or 12 month term, which expires once the term is complete (it does not automatically renew).   Also, PayPal allows a secure payment that denies (young) members from viewing any payment information on our site.  You can simply hand over the login info to your Better Beauty Girl.  She can vote each month for her favorite products, and you don't have to worry about security. 

 

How do I change my gift membership to a monthly membership?

Once logged into the site, visit the members only page and click on My Better Beauty Membership.

 

How do I update my shipping address?

Once logged into the site, visit the members only page and click on My Account Profile.

 

How do I cancel my membership?

Once logged into the site, visit the members only page and click on My Better Beauty Membership.
